Rewarding Clients for their continued Loyalty throughout the year
How it Works
Beginning January 1st of every year we will schedule out your pet’s appointments for the year, whether it be weekly or less often. After a certain number of kept appointments a 10% discount will be applied. Example; Your pet is scheduled to come every 4 weeks, on the 4th visit a 10% discount will be applied to that bill.
You are allowed to change your dates which is why they will be printed out for the entire year. We realize events and circumstances happen and as long as changes are made at least 24 hours in advance it won’t be an issue.

Clients that prebook every 4 weeks or less
Clients that book every 4 weeks or less (appointments must be kept or rescheduled in advance) will receive a 10% discount on every 4th visit.
These clients will also receive
· 2 Free specialty baths of their choice per year. This can include de-skunking, special moisturizing baths or spa treatments when available.
· A 10% discount on specialty baths throughout the year when requested.
· A 20% discount on retail merchandise
· Free face trims and nail clipping between appointments
· Free seasonal and Holiday digital photos (when available)
